I’ll admit, it’s that time of the year where the summer is in full swing, there’s hardly time to make cereal much less cook, and it’s the beach all-day-every-day or work. It’s easy to get stressed out, overtired, and over-scheduled, which is why it is more important than ever to keep both your mind and your body clear. One of my favorite ways to relax and detox in the summer months is to sit down in the sun with a good book and a juice, and read.
